Position Summary:
CalTrout is seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and highly organized project administrator to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in managing the finances of our Shasta/Klamath program, including tracking and maintaining financial information for numerous grant-funded projects, processing vendor invoices, and preparing grant invoices. You will collaborate and communicate directly with the Shasta/Klamath Regional Administrator, Project Managers, and a team of Finance Managers in our San Francisco headquarters office.
