About Builders Vision

Builders Vision (BV) is an investment and philanthropy platform that harnesses innovative capital to build a more resilient future. Builders Vision invests across the capital spectrum—from grants to market-rate investments—to scale and accelerate sustainable solutions in food & agriculture, energy and oceans. We seize, seed and scale the innovative ideas needed to build the economy of tomorrow.

About the Legal Department

The Legal Department supports every aspect of BV’s daily operations. Its work includes conducting due diligence and leading legal reviews for investments and grants, developing policies, overseeing governance, and managing contracts. The team includes eight members: six attorneys, one paralegal, and one executive assistant.

About the Internship

The Legal Intern will work closely with attorneys on matters that reflect the department’s core work. Responsibilities include reviewing investment and grant documents, analyzing corporate and regulatory issues, and assisting with legal research, drafting memoranda, and reviewing contracts and other agreements. The Legal Intern will collaborate with all members of the Legal Department and gain hands-on experience engaging with teams across BV.
