Summary job description

The Head of Partnership Network - Southeast Asia will bring energy and vision to growing Blue Ventures' delivery partner and strategic partnership network across the region. You will work side-by-side with passionate teams, local leaders, and diverse partners to turn shared conservation goals into real, lasting impact for coastal communities.

Reporting directly to the Regional Director Asia, you will lead our Regional Partner Network Teams, collaborating closely with regional and global leads, partners, communities and technical experts. Based full-time in Asia, you will connect regularly with colleagues at our Regional Hub in Denpasar, Bali, and travel to remote coastal locations across the region. In this role, you will design and bring to life collaborative engagement strategies, supporting country-focused Partnership Managers and Coordinators with genuine mentorship and care.

You will shape Blue Ventures’ strategic vision for partnerships across Asia, leading the regional team to identify, onboard and steward high-impact, long-term partnerships. Your leadership will cultivate a thriving and expanding network of community-focused organisations, creating new opportunities for collaboration and continually strengthening how Blue Ventures works with partners to deliver shared ambitions for coastal communities and marine conservation. You will play a leading role in our ambitious growth across Asia, enabling more organisations and coastal communities to lead the management and protection of their fisheries and marine environments, and helping take community-led conservation to scale across the region.
