About this exciting opportunity
The Organisation Development Officer plays an important part in uplifting the AIMS Learning suite by modernising existing courses and designing new, fit-for-purpose learning experiences that align with evolving capability needs. In this role you will ensure that all learning adheres to relevant compliance requirements and aligns with contemporary best practices in education and training.

About you
Underpinning your suitability for this role is your relevant tertiary qualification, such as Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, or a bachelor’s degree in organisational development, psychology, human resources, or a related field paired with experience in a People and Culture role, ideally within a scientific or research-based organisation, with responsibility for the assessment, design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs and capability initiatives.
You have experience utilising learning platforms and developing content from organisational policy, procedures and guidelines. Your strong organisational and time management skills along with your excellent written and verbal communication skills will be beneficial to your ability to produce clear, insightful reports and learning materials. Familiarity with the operational context of marine science and experience in the use of AI in learning development outcomes is highly desirable.
