In this dynamic, guest-facing role, you’ll deliver exceptional service while driving ticket, retail, and promotional sales. You’ll actively engage guests, promote Aquarium experiences, and help create memorable visits that inspire connection to the Bay.Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and engage guests across all service areas, including ticket booths, gift stores, front desk, galleries, and other bay.org locations- Recommend tickets, upgrades, and merchandise to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue- Accurately process ticket and retail transactions, including responsible cash handling and reconciliation- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales areas- Support special events and programs, including evenings and weekends
