Position Overview:
4ocean is looking for a Field Content Producer to join our cleanup operations and content team. This role reports to the Co-Founder and CEO and is ideal for someone who wants to be in the field, on the water, and behind the camera — documenting real-world ocean cleanup operations and helping bring our mission to life.
Note: This is a full-time, in-person, professional media role based out of our 4ocean Cleanup Headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida. This is not a hybrid or remote role — this position works out of the shop five days a week and regularly in the field, which requires both domestic and international travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture real ocean cleanups out in the field alongside our crews
- Work hands-on with 4ocean cleanup assets (boats, Sea-Doos, beach equipment, dive gear, etc.)
- Film video, shoot photos, and capture interviews during cleanups
- Operate professional cameras, audio equipment, and drones
- Help tell stories across YouTube, short-form social media, blogs, and email
- Travel to Bali and various international cleanup locations
- Work closely with our content and operations teams to support ongoing storytelling

Requirements
Experience / Requirements:
- Mirrorless / DSLR cameras
- Audio and microphone setups
- Drone operation
- Filming interviews and action-based footage
- Photo and video workflows in dynamic environments
- Must currently live in/around the Boca Raton, FL area
- Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis
