We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Graphic Designer to propel our mission to the next level.
Your Role in the Big Picture:
As the Senior Graphic Designer at 4ocean, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity and communicating our brand message effectively across various platforms. Leveraging your creative expertise and strategic vision, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual assets that inspire action, drive engagement, and elevate our brand presence globally.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Visual Branding and Identity:
- Lead development and evolution of 4ocean's visual identity.
- Translate brand values into compelling visual designs.
- Design innovative solutions for various digital and print materials.
Creative Direction and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Creative Director on project and campaign goals.
- Provide direction to partners ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Lead sessions to generate ideas and solve visual challenges.
Graphic Design Production:
- Produce engaging graphic assets and animations.
- Create deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Manage design process from ideation to final asset delivery.
User Experience and Interface Design:
- Enhance digital UX and UI using user-centered design principles.
- Conduct research and testing to improve design based on user feedback.
- Collaborate with developers to optimize designs.
Quality Assurance and Brand Compliance:
- Conduct quality checks for accuracy and brand compliance.
- Review and provide feedback on design proofs and prototypes.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects and design executions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools and prototyping software.
- Demonstrated expertise in branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and responsive web design standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for sustainability, environmental conservation, and social responsibility, with a commitment to making a positive impact through design.
