About the Campaign Manager role:
Only One is looking for a Campaign Manager to join our team as we scale our digital advocacy work to fuel the movement for people and the planet.
The Campaign Manager will...
- Manage research, content, and strategy development across multiple campaigns.
- Work closely with the Growth and Creative teams to guide content development in service of supporter activation and engagement.
- Facilitate ongoing communication and coordination across campaign partners and supporters.
- Produce and write ongoing updates for the key campaign stakeholders, including funders.
About you:
The Campaign Manager is a dynamic individual, with experience in diverse movement work. They have a passion for streamlining processes and keeping things running on schedule and on budget. Problem-solving is a core strength. They are preferably someone with campaign development and/or advocacy experience. A passion for climate and environmental justice and the oceans is important, even if their professional experience has not been in that space.
The Campaign Manager is...
- An expert problem solver with strong skills in time management, budget and process improvement.
- Thoughtful and knowledgeable about advocacy, and committed to creating opportunities that enable supporters to take meaningful action
- Committed to a team ethos and bringing humor, humility, and kindness to their work.
- An excellent project manager, with strong writing, communication, and research skills
- Committed to placing issues of environmental and climate justice at the forefront of ocean conservation efforts.
- Nimble enough to help Only One hit its content cadence goals.
Location: This is a full-time remote position.
Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience
