You’ll have:
Strong data analysis & technical expertise – proven experience in data query, manipulation, and analysis using SQL, Python or R, with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights
Experience with data visualisation & tools – proficiency in tools like Power BI (or similar) and familiarity with data management best practice, analytics platforms, and cloud technologies such as Azure
Stakeholder engagement & collaboration skills – the ability to work closely with diverse stakeholders, translating business needs into analytical solutions and presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
A proactive, solution-focused mindset – a track record of identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation to enhance data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

The small print
We’re an international organisation and our employees all demonstrate a level of cultural awareness, and value the diverse views and approaches relevant to the MSC program.
The MSC is committed to flexible working. The successful candidate will need to work from the London office for a minimum of 50% of their working time each month The remaining time can be worked from home. During the onboarding process, hybrid work may require more in-office work than remote work.
