The Mission to Seafarers (MtS) has an exciting opportunity to join our Development Team as Trust and Foundations Manager. This role will focus on securing income from Trusts and Foundations in the UK, as well as from international and institutional donors, to fund MtS’s valuable and life-changing work. As well as maintaining and increasing funding streams from existing donors, you will be responsible for identifying new sources of potential funding to support our pipeline of projects.

Prospective applicants should have proven expertise in generating and growing income streams from Trusts and Foundations, and other Grant Making bodies; have excellent skills in managing and developing stakeholder relationships; demonstrate exceptional writing capability; and have excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

Applicants must already have the right to live and work in the UK.
